How Can Addiction To Eating Raw Rice, PCOD And Thyroid Issues Be Treated?

I have a habit of eating raw rice for the past one year last 8 months my periods are not regular if bleeding takes place it takes more than 15 days I consulted doctor she told that I have pcod,thyroid I am taking medications eventhough I stopped eating raw rice my periods are not regular pls give solution.

Hello,

Eating raw rice may be due to iron deficiency which is due to bleeding for 15 days.

Your problem looks like PCOD for which you need to test for hormones and USG and confirm the diagnosis and get treated for it so that bleeding is controlled and iron deficiency is recovered.

You may take iron supplements too.
