Hi sir I am usama from pakistan,i am 21 and i am addicted from hand practice. I start hand practice in 2017 literally and then i am addicted with this such a harmful disease.now i do hand practice 2 to 5 times a day.... sir how i can prevent myself from this i tried allot but nothing happened..so sir plz sugest a medical cure of it or any medicine
