How Can Allergic Skin Reaction Be Treated?

I just recently had a TB skin test. I ve had the TB vaccine since I was born in a foreign country, and that information wasn t passed on to the nurse that gave me the test; due to this the test came up positive, and my skin has reacted. I was curious as to how I should take care of the affected area to decrease my discomfort and if it will scar at all.
