Difficulty in swallowing has to be evaluated thoroughly as it can be an early sign of serious conditions like tumors in throat or esophagus( food pipe). Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated, you might require a laryngoscopes my to look for any tumors in throat. An endoscopy also required to look for any lesions in the eaophagus.
