Hello,

Since when your having lump behind the ear? Possible causes are like mastoiditis or post auricular lymphnode enlargement with acute otitis media. Avoid water entry into ears. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. In case of bronchitis if you having chest pain and sputam means get it done chest xray. Please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
