I got a piece of wood chip in my eye on the left side of the left eye. I went to eye doctor and he said the eye was not cut. Their is a buble on the left side of the eye. The eye does not hurt and I can see fine. How long does it take for the buble to go down. It s been about 6 days since the injury and I have been putting eye lubricant restore tears

Looks like a sub-conjunctival tear .If that is the case it will heal in two to three weeks . if it doesn't you can go and show the doctor again and he might suture it . but most of the sub-conjunctival tears are not sutured as they heal of their own.
