How Can An Itchy Rash On The Leg Be Treated?

yes, I have a rash on my leg that is very itchy and a big patch of hard area. Then I have itchy patches in several places on my arms and legs, but then I have single itchy bumps in many places on stomach and on other leg. I have tried all the creams I have in the house including poison ivy, benedryl, cortisone, etc and it is still there after 4 days and not getting better. More bumps in different places.

Hello,

As per your case history of itching on leg. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
