After thorough examination and investigations, you may be treated by your dermatologist. If it is just, irritant contact dermatitis, avoid the contact with suspected irritant. Take a short course of steroid and antihistaminics.
If it is candidal balanoposthitis, take a course of Antifungal and apply Antifungal cream. Avoid sexual activity for a few weeks.
