How Can Anal Fissure Be Treated?

Hello doctor , I have a haemorrhoid surgery done 6 months back and I was back to normal . Have developed an external fissure near the skin tag (re appeared after surgery)for about 2 months now . I am using Metrogyl as doc prescribed., was not helpful so using creama gel now . Taking sitz bath . Can I stop all the cream and switch to coconut oil sir ? . Please suggest some remedy .

You can continue Crema gel and sitz bath. Same time you may use stool softener and eat high fibre diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine through proctoscope and treat you accordingly.
