How Can Anal Intercourse Cleanliness And Regular Stools Be Maintained?

I am a gay male in a long term relationship. i want to be able to have more anal sex with my partner, however i really dont feel clean enough without douching all the time (which i hate doing) is there any way of making myself cleaner, i also want firmer regular stools to make everything easier

If you insist the use of condom by your partner, you will have not only a clean intercourse but it will give you protection against so many sexually transmitted infections including HIV, to some extent.
While using condom, please use water-based lubricant so that the insertion will be hassle-free. Oil-based lubricants are known to damage the condom since it is made of latex rubber.
Due to the use of condom, you will have all the erotic feeling of penis inside the anus without soiling by seminal discharge. Then you need not douche at all.
