How Can Anger And Depression Be Dealt With?
HI Dear Dr.
I am Flora from Iran. 3 years ago I had got Asentra/ certeralin 50mg for my angry and depression. now i am getting by myself it but i don't feel good sense like that years then i increases it to 100 mg and no good effect and sense. Would you please tell me if this no effect is for that i donot need droug.

From the description of your problems, I understand that you have been suffering from depression and were started on the medication Asentra 3 years ago. Asentra (Sertraline) is an SSRI anti-depressant medication which is used as a firt-line medication in the treatment of depression.
You have mentioned that you have increased the dose of Sertraline to 100mg but have not seen adequate response. I would suggest that you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation, so that the further course of treatment can be planned. It is not advisable to increase or alter medication on your own without consulting a doctor.
