How Can Anti TPO Test Levels Be Lowered?

I have Hyperthyroidism and was treated with Tapazole 3 years ago. Now I m hypothyroid and take Eutyrox 105 mcg. daily. I feel normal-better, but have had to raise my Eurtyrox little by little over the last 2 1/2 yrs. I just got my Anti TPO test back today and it reads 1,300, which is way above normal. I had 1,100 last year. Why is it still going up if I m being treated? How can I lower it?

HI
YOUR REPORTS ARE CONSISTENT WITH DIAGNOSES OF HASHIMOTOS THYROIDITIS CAUSING HYPOTHYROIDISM.IT IS DIAGNOSED BY ANTI TPO ANTIBODY.ONCE IT IS DETECTED THERE IS NO NEED TO DO ANTI TPO TEST AGAIN AND IT WILL REMAIN HIGH LIFETIME.SO DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HIGH ANTI TPO LEVELS.
I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO DO SERUM TSH LEVELS EVERY 6 MONTHS AND ADJUST DOSE OF THYROXINE.
I ASSURE YOU THAT HYPOTHYROIDISM IS VERY SIMPLE DISEASE TO TREAT.YOU JUST NEED TO TAKE THYROXINE REGULARLY AND DISEASE WILL BE UNDER CONTROL.
HOPE I HAVE CLEARED YOUR DOUBTS
THANKS
