How Can Anxiety Be Treated?

What medication that is not in the benzo family could provide me the benefits clonopin does. My doctor won t prescribe benzos. I have taken buspar for two years for anxiety and I think it is part of why I can t seem to get well. We tried hydroxazine but it made me worse

You can try with ESCITALOPRAM as it has anti anxiety properties which can help you

I think benzodiazepines are always better to regulate your sleep

So discuss with your doctor regarding this
