How Can Anxiety During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi,

I am a 33yr old woman who's just commenced 8th month of pregnancy. My day starts with a 9 hr job in front of the system, later off to home - attend to my 4yr old son, wash some dishes, make dinner and off to bed for a 7hr sleep little disturbed coz of the baby inside of me, anxiety and tension. Do I need to take any precautions during my day's cycle? If so, how?

Also, I am hypothyroidic with no HTN or DM problems and my amniotic fluid is around 8.3.

Pls advice

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.I understand your query as well the problem. It seems you are getting anxiety and tension because of your busy schedule as it is hectic too.You are having lack of rest during day time.In my opinion you need 2hr atleast rest in day time and 8hrs in night.Better you take leave from work for some days. You will feel better and you will get rest too.In your busy schedule also try to get some time for rest .Follow the instructions and medicines prescribed by your doctor as you have started your 8th month. No need to worry much.Try to be happy as you do not have any other problem.Good Luck.
