How Can Appetite Loss And Nausea Be Managed While Suffering From H.pylori Infection?

I have digestion problems. I was diagnozed with h-pylori like 2 years ago, took antibiotics and i was ok for few months. after some few months the same symptoms came back again, loss of appetite, nauseaus 24/7, weightloss. but now the symptoms have increased to feeling of hollowness in the lower stomach, when i drink water, i can feel the coldness rushing to the bottom of my belly. i can barely eat, for the past 2 years I was eating with the help of periactin.

Hi,

You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis. If you have H. pylori infection then you may need to check it out by upper GI scopy, biopsy, urea breath test etc.

Take antibiotics if above tests come positive. Use tablet Pantoprazole. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
