How Can Arm Numbness And Fingers Pains With Muscle Spasms Be Treated?

I am a 45 year old female. I am 5'5" and I weigh 175. I had a shoulder injury several months ago (December) which is causing me to have 2 severe muscle spasms. At 5 am this morning I woke up and my arm was numb. I cannot feel it from my elbo to my fingers (mostly my pinky and ring finger, but now its spreading to my middle finger too). It is extremely painful. The pain is the worst at my wrist. I can still move it and there are not obvious signs of blood not flowing (color changing) but it is very cold (to the touch). I was wondering what could be wrong and if I need to seek further medical attention.
