How Can Back Pain Be Treated Non-surgically?

I had a MRI the other day to determine if back surgery was needed. As concluded by my doctor it wasn t and he diagnosed the problem of lower back pain in the muscles. I forgot what he called it , something like piro............... and described as the muscles wrapped around the ciatic nerve causing inflamation , and suggested I do therapy. I am here looking for what he was talking about. Also now , looks like another internet scam system . asking for money and not giving a professional answer or asking for more later on . Hey I got the answer for ya.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The pain is due to nerve compression caused by abnormally places muscles.

As a first line management analgesics like Tramadol or Aceclofenac can be taken for pain relief.

If symptoms are severe, surgical correction may be required. Consult a neurosurgeon for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain,
