Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You need to take medicine. Medicine do not worsen thing but it changes the normal path of your illness. Suicide is a part of illness and its not a side effect of medicine. You need to be on a mood stabilizer to take care of your mixed and depression episodes. Once you are stable, anxiety and panic attack will subside as they are usually co-morbid with bipolar illness.
Best wishes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
