How Can Breast Pain Caused By Injury Be Treated?

I took a nasty fall three weeks ago Saturday. I did a face plant on a cruise ship. Since then I have this pain just above my left breast that goes all the way across the top and to the side. I hit the floor really hard and had a box full of rum cakes in my arm when I fell. I m thinking have pulled a muscle or bruised my sternum. What do you think?

It could be contusion of the rib cage and soft tissues. Ice fomentation and a NSAID with Enzyme preparation like EnzomacPlus may help.

Symptoms should alleviate in5-7 days otherwise Radiographic evaluation may be required
