hi my name is vaibhav from last 3 years I am suffering from climatic change Bronchitis Cough cold & whezing now also it happens whenever climate change sometimes breathing problem also due to cough My physician suggest me montek lc tablet to be continued for long time would you please suggest me how to get rid of this

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of seasonal bronchitis is more.
Along with montek LC, you should also start inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
You should start these drugs 15 days prior to climate change and continue 15 days after season changes.
Also get done adult Pulmonary vaccination with pneumococcal and Influenza vaccines. These are needed to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection. Climate change causes viral infection and this can trigger your bronchitis.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
