How Can Bruises On The Arms Be Treated?
What is the best treatment cremes or lotions in healing bruises on my arms? MANY types out there. I am 65 genetically pale thin-skinned in Florida and have sun damage, of course. Also, looking for some kind of arm sleeve to protect when I have to do outdoor tasks. I have seen some thick ones used by athletes but in crazy colors! HELP!
