While I was playing soccer I got smashed in the nose, I felt nauseated and my eyes started To water. It was really painful. For the next couple of hours I felt dizzy from the blow. Now there is a bump at he bridge of my nose, it feels bruised and swollen. Will the bump go away or could I have damaged something

That bump is likely a hematoma--a collection of blood under the skin. That will be resorbed given time. But if I were to examine you in my office, I would order facial x-rays to see if you have a nasal bone or an orbital fracture.
