How Can Bumpy Small Dots On The Breast Be Treated?
I have small black dots on one of my breasts, and when I run my hand over them they feel bumpy. I m a male 21 years old 157 lbs. They have been there for the past couple of days. It does not have any pain and the redness around it is from running my hand over it a few times. I recently noticed about a week ago that I had an odd lump underneath the skin and it seemed to be attached to my rib. As if it was my rib but it was extended. I asked a doctor online about it and they said that it was a benign lump. Me being a worrier I was touching it a lot and trying to make sure that it was not growing in size or doing anything that would call for a visit to the ER and shortly after touching it that spot of black heads if you will, had appeared so I stopped touching it to see if it would go away. My partner seems to think it s bruised because of the constant touching of the area.
As per your case history of bumps on the breast. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
