Dear dr I have a angiokeratomas On soctrum, I went to a darmatologiest and he had them hydrogenated which I assumed it shouldn’t be in that area. The angiokeratomas are two still there after the treatment though it has now a burnt around the two of the treated ones, the doctor told me to use Dermovate cream on them while I asked another who told me do not use it as it’s strong for the area, I’ve been told to use fucidine cream to cure the burnt area. What I’m concerned about is the burn look will it go away? What shall I use to gain the color back? Please help
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The burnt look will gradually disappear..there is no need for any strong steroid application if its not too raw. Take vitamin C tablets one a day which will help in healing.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
