Thanks for putting your query over here

Firstly,I would like to tell you never to experiment yourself with antibiotics without expert consultation especially in case of urinary tract infection. This may lead to bacteria become resistant to drugs.
Drinking plenty of water never causes but it helps in preventing urinary tract infection. So keep having plenty of fluids.Minimum 7-8 glasses of water is must everyday. This frequency has to be increased in summer.Urinate more often.Have a lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet, they help in keeping urine alkaline and provide with much needed VitA and Vit C.Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess intake of tea or coffee.
If you experience worsening or persistence of your symptoms, abdominal or back pain, fever, then you need to visit a physician. In that case it will be necessary to do certain investigations and accordingly antibiotics will be prescribed by the concerned physician.
Thanks and regards.
