Hi,

You may be having gastritis with gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Please check it out for a hiatal hernia or lower esophageal sphincter dysfunction.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks. Raise the head end of your bed. Avoid spicy food at night. Eat less amount of food at night. Sleep 1-2 hours after dinner.

Use tablet Nexpro L. If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist. he will do upper GI endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
