Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that you might have used excessive force during masturbation and it might have hurt the tissues lining the urethra.

Other possibilities are likely semen getting dried in the urethra but this does not cause burning after 15 hours. Another cause is a mild urinary infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vivek Chail, Radiologist
