for the last month - I have had a burning sensation when I sit on my rearend. The burning runs at the bottom of both but cheeks and extends to the rectum but does not effect the rectum. about the same time, i was put on Lisinopril-HCTZ 10/12.5. I usually bicycle agreat deal 100 -200 miles a week. the burning has been keeping me off the bike. My doctor treated for fungis with a cream, then as a bacterial infection, no help..then on to a derpatologist - he first prescribed protopic- I had a very bad reaction - felt like my crotch and rear end were on fire...for 10 hours. I just started Desonide.05.
