How Can Chalazion On The Right Eyelid Be Treated?

I had chalazion on my left eyelid 2 years ago. And now i am feeling the same on my right eyelid too. It s painful, also my eye is puffed. Last time I was advised to take moxicip eyedrops (anti-biotic) for like 7-8 days and since my stye was grown up enough that i had to get it operated. This time i caught it at the earliest. Should I take moxicip now? What else should i do to take best care of it and i don t want to get operated again. I am 19 years old.
