I took one and a half Vyanse yesterday around 4, and then the half around 4:45, I had the usual symptoms, but last night around midnight, I started to get really bad chest pain and feeling as if something is stuck in my throat. I swallow and it feels like I'm passing up something. And I have shortness of breath.
Hi. I can understand your concern. Chronic breathlessness is commonly seen in bronchitis and lung infection. Get a chest x ray done if it is normal, no need to worry for lung infection. Possibility of bronchitis is more in your case. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only. You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
