How Can Chest Pain On The Side Be Treated?

I'm 18 years old & I keep having heart pain on mainly the left side of my chest, then it seems to move up to my neck. The pain keeps coming back & for years I feel as if fluids are moving through my chest I feel it pump out of me near the middle of my chest as if it's releasing it fluids. I don't think it's natural at all. Can someone please help me !? I also have a bruise next to my left chest where I felt pain the other day? It's sort of like a knot or something

Hello,

Chest pain divided into cardia pain and non-cardiac pain. In cardiac pain, you have to take ECG, echocardiogram etc.

If it is normal then cardiac pain may be due to non-cardiac causes like acid reflux or a muscle spasm or panic attacks or anxiety or herpes zoster or cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy etc.

So we need to examine to confirm the cause for chest pain. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use neck support while sleeping.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
