How Can Chlamydia Be Confirmed?

While broken up with my girlfriend I got with a man and gave him unprotected oral sex and received protected anal sex. There was no ejaculation and the oral sex was about 5-10 minutes. After that I got back with my girlfriend and have been with her since. Recently she has had 1 full period and 2 short periods in a little over a month. She also complained of pain during sex (which has happened before this event), abdominal pain and cramps, and frequent urination (though she does drink a lot of water daily). She doesnt know of this hookup with the man and I m afraid I either have chlamydia or gonorrhea. I just want to know the chance I caught something from a partner of unknown status, passed it to her, and shes showing symptoms 4 months later. Either way I m getting tested but the anxiety is killing me. She is going to her gynocologist next monday to determine the problem
