I ve had problems with depression almost all my life, I m 63. I ve seen approx. 6 or 8 different doctors over a period of 35 or more years. Pills, pills, pills. I ve attended group therapy a few times. I m not much of a talker. It s a trust issues I ve had most of my life. I get very bored at these group get togethers. I once tried suicide atempt after my hospital stay I was transfered to a Mental hospital, 3 to 4 meetings a day. Yes I wanted to kill myself again. I was there for 3 weeks before I was released.
