my grandsons mother left him an i have custody of him i have had him for 7 yrs an he has gotten really depress in the last few yrs he talks about killing his self i have took him to a phys several years ago but she dismissed him because he wouldnt talk about anything i dont know what to do because hes geting worse what should i do
