How Can Chronic Lower Left-sided Pain Radiating To The Hips And Groin Area Be Treated?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me I have had lower left side pain for a couple years now it has spread to my hips groin and balls for about 6 months I’ve had trips to the er ultrasound and mri with no results been on countless medications and antibiotics nothing seems to help

It is necessary performing nerve conduction studies. Piriform syndrome can not be excluded either. In the meantime, I recommend taking Pregabalin to help improve your situation.
