How Can Chronic Pain In The Hips That Worsens At Night Be Treated?

I have pain in both hips9esp the right, Worse at night. I have trided epidural injections, gabapentin,heating pad oxycodone.No help I m at my wits end Should I start over with a different neurologist. This has been going on for 15 yrs but getting worse with time. I am in my 80s Corinne YYYY@YYYY

take mri and consult ortho and neurosurgeon. donot try any medication without doctors advise, what you are taking are analgesic.
