Hi, I am a 33 year male. My health situation is okay but I suffer from clinical depression. I have not got the intimacy with a woman for almost a decade. I have not had sex in last 8 years. All this while I have only indulged in masturbation. I am now in state of craving for female intimacy. What should I do?
