How Can Clogged Ears In A Child Be Treated?

My 10 year old daughter has a hard wax build up in her ears ...she also has one blocked ear due to swimming underwater.... it is not getting cleared with bud... i am using candibiotic eardrops 3 or 4 drops each ear twice a day... will it work... its been 2 days... no relief
