How Can Constant Diarrhea, Upper Abdominal Pain And Nausea Be Treated?

Is there any medication that can alleviate or at least minimize my stomach problems. I’m female, 69 yes old. Still work full time. Only real health problem is constant diarrhea, upper belly pain, cramps, nausea, & occasional vomiting. Less often, I have Terrible cramps with constipation that lasts for hours until it finally ends in sludge like diarrhea.
