How Can Constipation And Abdominal Pain Along With Abnormal Bowel Movements Be Treated?

I am a 25 year old male. I ve been having some irregular symptoms the last 5-6 months in regards to my bowel movements. I have on and off again constipation, sometimes I will go regularly, sometimes every 2-3 days and a couple times for more than a week which was accompanied by mild abdominal pain. I noticed my stool consistency change. They became much narrower, and flatter, occasionally in thin ribbons, accompanied by brown dust. Once in a while I will pass a more normal stool but never consistently. Occasionally my stool will resemble a pile of mud with no structure. Frequently I will see a few small bits of a red jelly like substance in them and a few black spots(not enough to be alarming if I wasn t having any other problems with my stool). I often feel like I haven t completely emptied my bowels. Before these symptoms emerged I went every day and always delivered a cylindrical, normal looking stool. My diet could certainly be improved by adding more fiber and less processed food, but besides that what would you suggest I do in regards to these symptoms?

This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
