How Can Constipation And Lower Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Ileitis Be Treated?
I am 18 yrs old boy.i have not passed stooll and sufferiing pain in lower abddomen which is conatant and stabbing. nature with. remmission on. taking tramadol inj.Antibbiiotics and PPI and llaxative have failed.Colonscopy was done which suggested terminall ileumm ulccer.Biopsy suggested milld actiive iilitis. wiith nodular lymphhoid hyperplsia.Docter is stiil clue less.pls help relieve pain and pass stool
In a very young age, if this is the complaint of abdomen pain, then it can be due to colicky abdomen most of the time. It is non-specific and may not be any pathology. If you go on finding the reasons for that nothing would come in hand but you have to go through some invasive procedure.
I would suggest getting done the CT with contrast study. IBS could be the reason and it has to be taken into consideration. Therefore, you can discuss this with your physician.
