How Can Constipation And Terrible Right-sided Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
I have trouble having normal bowel movements. I can take a laxative and the next day go like normal. After my bowel is empty I have a horrible pain in my right side. It feels like my inside are pulling apart. About. 4 years ago I had a bowel rupture. I went to the ED and they said I had about 4 hours before I was not around. I was vomiting feces. It was the most awful thing. They said a scare tissue wrapt around the colon and it just blew . Now after my bowel movements I have the pulling in my right lower side of my left. I take a lot of medication, also Percocet. I have a mass in my pancreas which is growing slow. Do you have any ideas what it may be.

How Can Constipation And Terrible Right-sided Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
Hello, As there is mass in the pancreas, the most striking probability here is a metastasis from the pancreas, involving part of the colon. In my clinic, I recommend undertaking a CT abdomen & colonoscopy for best further guidelines. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Purva Patel
