How Can Constipation And Terrible Right-sided Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I have trouble having normal bowel movements. I can take a laxative and the next day go like normal. After my bowel is empty I have a horrible pain in my right side. It feels like my inside are pulling apart. About. 4 years ago I had a bowel rupture. I went to the ED and they said I had about 4 hours before I was not around. I was vomiting feces. It was the most awful thing. They said a scare tissue wrapt around the colon and it just blew . Now after my bowel movements I have the pulling in my right lower side of my left. I take a lot of medication, also Percocet. I have a mass in my pancreas which is growing slow. Do you have any ideas what it may be.

Hello,

As there is mass in the pancreas, the most striking probability here is a metastasis from the pancreas, involving part of the colon.

In my clinic, I recommend undertaking a CT abdomen & colonoscopy for best further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
