Hello! Welcome to HCM!

Here are the few causes for sticky stools:

1. High-fat diet.

2. Ulcers with bleeding

3. Food Intolerance

4. Bilirubin

5. Dampness of colon

6. Gallstones and hepatitis

Treatment: avoid high fat diet. Intake: more fruits and vegetables, drink more water, avoid allergic food, use squatting position during defecation, reduce dampness of your colon.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care

Regards,
