Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By your history and description, possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) (flu) is more likely. So do following things for better symptomatic relief.

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
3. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid hard to chew food.
4. Take Levocetirizine and paracetamol combination twice daily on empty stomach.
5. Take Azithromycin tablet once a day.

Follow all these for 5 days. If not improving then consult doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
