Hello Doctor from last 5 years i am continuously having problem of runing nose & cough & Cold i am doing yoga also but of no use, in month like March to june when the temp is hot at that time i suffers more and i cant survive in hot temp where there is no fan like in pack buses, train and when there are power cuts and their is no fan or ac my nose starts runing please advise
You may be suffering from seasonal allergy. Allergies to tree and grass pollens and outdoor molds can cause cold-like symptoms in the summer. Congestion, itchy eyes, scratchy throat and runny nose are common complaints.
Use a face mask, use normal saline nose wash, use antihistamine medication.
If no improvement please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
