How Can Crawling Sensation In The Penis Be Managed?

Firstly i noticed that my penis keep itching me mostly at night. I visited a doctor i had a blood test and i was told its a minor growth of bacteria . my penis at this point is filled up with rashes and it hitch so badly. I was prescribed on pills to take. Criprotab 500 . and a cream. After using the cream the rashes stopped but left my penis looks differently with yellow scarse mixed with my complexion. Black. But yet i do feel like something is moving inside my penis and its really disturbing. Please what should i so now
