How Can Crawling Sensation In The Penis Be Managed?

Hi Doctors ,I have a question which concerns me alot I feel like there are worms moving or eating inside my penis. I have been feeling like this for a month now. I have been to the Doctor who took some blood tests for sexual transmitted diseases. After some days the results came back from the laboratory and no diseases were detected or found. However, I am still feeling like something is moving and probably eating the inside of my penis. The feeling is irritating. What can I do? What is it bothering me? I am a non smoker

Hello,

Since you have given your sexual history. It can be a paralytic infection. you can take an albendazole course. It can be urinary tract infection with a fastidious organism, taking a course of antibiotics will help you.

It can be neuropathy, check your blood sugar. It can be spinal nerve issue, MRI spine may be helpful.
