How Can Cysts And Follicles In Ovaries Be Treated?

I have a history of Kidney Stones, Ovarian Cysts and an enlarged bladder with lots of debri. I have a sharp right side pain that sometimes causes me to pass out or throw up. I don t know what is wrong with me. I had a ultrasound done and they found a lot of debri in the bladder and follicles and cysts both on left and right ovaries. Seems like I am constantly in pain and have a lot of UTI s. Last UA I had done today had blood and infection. Any suggestions?? Sincerely. Heather Leigh

Hi
Smaller cysts usually does not cause any pain ,may be the pain is due to repeated UTIS so I would suggest my client to do urine culture to see the organism causing infection and sensitivity, to use proper antibiotic ,so that repeated uti s will reduce ,drink plenty of water
