How Can Dark Skin Color On The Chest Be Treated?

hi , my skin color got darker on chest area as compared to rest of body . may be due to hair removal cream veet which i used to apply to remove hair from my chest some years back. i applied the same not more than 3-4 times . now please assist how to get rid of it as it seems very unsightly whenever i remove hair by trimmer . please assist

Well come to HCM
This is hypersensitivity reaction may be due to hair remover now this can be well treated with local steroid application, and the best medicine would be "Beclomethasone cream" apply this three times in day, this would give best result, take care and have a nice day.
