How Can Degenerative Changes Throughout The Lumbar Spine With Posterior Disc Protrusion Be Treated?

THERE IS DEGENERATIVE CHANGE THROUGH OUT THE LUMAR SPINE WITH POSTERIOR DISC PROTRUSIONAT ALL LEVELS FROM T11 DOWN TO S1. THERE IS SPACIOUS INTERVEREBRAL FORAMINA ECEPT AT THE RIGHT l4-5 level where foramina is significantly narrowed although there is no significant neural impingement. the cord terminates at L1. there are multiple schmorls nodes notably in the superior end plates of L4 and L5 and L2. no evidence of cauda equine compression.
